We are sorry to let you know that our Cocoa Dusted Truffles with Salted Caramel flavour are due to be temporarily out of stock on Marketplace within the next week. Our next order is due to arrive into our warehouse the first week of November, and due to accelerated sales in Marketplace we will experience a gap in supply as our chocolate factory is unable to expedite the November order. We know that for every florist who has sold through all their stock there will be a florist that still has stock of these particular chocolates and therefore we will not be removing this product from sale.
What to do if you’ve run out of stock? It’s really important that our Chocolate Finishing Touches are not substituted due to the different allergens they contain. We’ve created special indicators for the Cocoa Dusted Truffles with Salted Caramel flavour so that you can stop receiving orders for these Finishing Touches once you have sold through your stock. To apply a special indicator please go to ROSEGold > My Account > Interflora Settings > Services and deselect (untick) the service you’d like to stop receiving orders for. Click ‘Submit Changes’ to save your selection. Once you’ve done this, customers will be presented with an alternative list of Finishing Touches to choose from when placing their order.
