How do I reset my password?

Just below the log in option is Forgot your password, input main email address used, to receive an email requesting a new password to be set up.​
What is the RRP price?

Finishing Touch Retail prices are available on the most recent workroom guides that can be found in Member Information, or you can use the x 3 mark up for core sundries. ​

Why do my chocolates always come in a separate delivery?

Since 11th July 2023 we changed our stock from being stored at our Sundry warehouse to being stored at House of Sarunds, due to them having temperature-controlled storage. ​
When will out of stock sundries be back in?

You can check availability via the Sundry Stock Availability sheet for our core sundries or contact Marketplace directly and we can investigate. Our Sundry Stock Availability Sheet will also have the substituted item listed on there, you can view that here
Can I choose an AM delivery with DPD?

Not currently, but we are looking into options in the future ​
When is my DPD delivery due?

DPD should send email notifications, but we can set Text notifications up, with a mobile number.​
When will my order be billed?

 If ordered in April, your sundry order will be included in the statement 15th May. Just be careful of the estimated advance payment that goes out 30th April. Any further questions or if you wish for more information, we will be putting a Q & A together, or you can speak to finance directly
