We believe that truly sustainable products should become ‘the norm’ and are actively working to reduce,  remove and replace any harmful processes,  materials and sundries in all our ranges.  Our team are passionate about sustainable supply,  Our team are passionate about sustainable supply and are supported by the global Fleurop-Interflora-FTD Sustainability Plan.

We know that sustainable supply does not happen overnight and so we prioritise focus on the products that need addressing most urgently, either as a result of their composition, design or the total volume sold. .

We also know that sustainable supply does not happen in isolation and so we strive to consult and collaborate with a wide group of organisations  across all sectors of the floral industry,  sharing challenges and insight. .

We seek to source all our products from UK based suppliers wherever possible to shorten our supply chains,  looking next to European sources where UK supply is not possible, and only finally to the Far East where all other possibilities have been exhausted..

We believe that fair employment and fair pay are non-negotiable, which is why we employ a robust Supplier Due Diligence process for all suppliers to Marketplace, including site visits where appropriate. .

We recognise our responsibility to eradicate modern slavery in our supply chains and so every supplier is required  to sign our Code of Conduct, and those suppliers considered ‘high risk’ due to location or industry will undergo a modern slavery site audit, and if necessary, a more detailed supplier audit.

We understand that Interflora may not always wield significant buying power in every product area and so we ensure to benchmark our products against other wholesalers to ensure our prices  are in line with or lower than comparable products wherever possible.*  * All Interflora Exclusive sundries are fully costed into the final product costs for our florists.

We are proud that our Exclusive sundries are genuinely exclusive to Interflora and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
